AVA packaging solutions performed the critical project management role for Sainsbury's when it came to the launch of their first branded homeware range, Tu, in 2008.


The new product range launch for Sainsbury's involved new products, new specifications and six new Far East suppliers.  Prior to the project's commencement, the UK team was not in place and no parties had worked together previously.

AVA packaging solutions was pivotal in the project. We defined the time lines and priorities on tight timescales.  We managed 2,100 artworks through the process that we defined, via the UK Design Agency and six Far East Suppliers.

All of this was achieved within 14 weeks.
