How We Work

We can work with you in a number of ways:

We provide Interim Management where Alison, or an AVA Associate, provides focused, experienced and unbiased resources and skills to deliver critical projects, solve problems, fill gaps, manage change, transitions or a crisis, lead a packaging department turnaround or restructure or to build your in house capability and capacity.

We also can manage and deliver projects for you on a stand-alone or ongoing basis. We can either dovetail seamlessly with your own teams, resources and capabilities – becoming an integral extension of your own teams - or provide a virtual team where Alison selects the best skills from our wide network of AVA Associates and coordinates these resources to bring in the right skills and experience at the right points throughout the project as the project requirements develop in order to deliver the best solution for you in the optimum manner. We can deliver all or as much of the project steps and functions as you need.

We offer consultancy and advice – bespoke to your needs.

We also work on a retained basis whereby you are guaranteed an agreed amount of our resource to use within a specific time frame.
