AVA packaging solutions is an independent professional packaging consultancy specialising in consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical packaging.


Launched in 2002, AVA delivers innovative, reliable and cost-effective solutions in all areas of primary, secondary and transit packaging for brand owners, packers, retailers, design agencies and suppliers.  The company’s mission has continually been to integrate the creative, technical and commercial aspects of packaging and project management into a single comprehensive service offer.

Alison Vincent MBA, BSc (Hons), FIMMM., is Founder and Managing Director of AVA packaging solutions.  With almost 30 years’ packaging experience, she offers the highest levels of industry knowledge, technological expertise, creative talent and experience in implementing and managing development teams and change management programmes. Along the way Alison has gained an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry and Applied Molecular Biology from The University of Manchester, Institute of Science and Technology, an MBA from Aston Business School and been awarded Fellowship of The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining – The Packaging Society – The Institute of Packaging.
